Refund/ Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the product refunds and exchanges are NOT permitted. If there are any discrepancies in your wig order contact seller immediately so a resolution can be made. Please make sure to read the description of any unit before purchasing. It is the buyer's responsibility to read detailed description of product before purchasing.

Due to the uprise of fraud/scamming disputes you will be sunt a form after purchase (via email) that must be completed. If form isn't completely your order will be voided and refunded due to non-compliance.
A valid Photo ID and Photo of Debit/Credit Card (Showing only the LAST digits) must be uploaded.
All information must match or a refund will be sunt within 24 hours. Please make sure to follow all procedures for a smooth and efficient purchase and checkout process.
SHIPPING
All packaging will be shipped through USPS with confirmation shipping.
Standard Shipping is 3-7 Business Days
Express Shipping is 1-2 Business Days
All order will REQUIRE a signature AT delivery.
.Once your orders has been shipped you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
.We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect billing and shipping address. Please triple check and make sure you enter your address correctly. Building and Apartment numbers need to also be entered. If you entered your shipping address incorrectly please email @theluxewaycollection@gmail.com to have it updated immediately.
. A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your unit is out of our possession. Please keep in mind once packages are recieved by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the unit. . We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather ,holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
